REboot win98 in 'OnClose' event

Dear Newsgroup
I'm preparing old computers for 'OUT-OF-HOURS SCHOOL CARE' by putting
old games inside a dBase shell.
I need to Reboot the computer when the program is closed - any ideas?
(there's no Shutdown.exe in win98)
