Hi All,

Ever laugh at hose ridiculous computer scenes in the movies that have no
anchor in reality.
I have listed a few ones I found. Have a look at post some others that you
think are in the realm of science fiction.

Ah, but it's a movie for adults, and adults think that children know
everything about computers. So it's wholly convincing.

Now, if you can say how Richard Attenborough managed to grow huge
dinosaurs from eggs in just a handful of years, there are a lot of beef
farmers who'd like the secret.

Interesting you report she declared it's Unix - I couldn't make out the
soundtrack in that and many other parts of JP.

The new Bonds are louder and clearer, but even I, a Brit, can't make out
all the dialogue, nor how some of the stunts work, so I'll have to go
and watch them again. Hmm, maybe that's why...

<g> Actually, my husband pointed that out. At the time, he was working
mainly on a Unix system. What was on screen didn't look anything like
anything he'd ever seen <g>.
