Prnter problems

A customer who has this printer shared across a network, dbase freezes when trying to print to it, I removed all of other printer drivers and reinstalled this one. I can temporarily work around it by printing to cute PDF and then printing but the customer says this is too time-consuming. Has anyone had any problems with this printer or can offer some suggestions?

I can't comment on this particular printer but have found FinePrint
(www.fineprint.com) to be a good solution for any such problems.

I have great luck with cutepdf

but the customer wants to skip the extra steps

FinePrint will let you skip that - it can be "invisible".
